Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using satoshimedia.fi ("Service"), connecting a cryptocurrency wallet, activating a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SatoshiMedia ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service description

SatoshiMedia provides automated sports betting and cryptocurrency prediction signals generated by comparing Polymarket prediction market data against sportsbook odds and Binance price data. The Service includes a web dashboard, a private Telegram signals channel, and performance tracking. SatoshiMedia is an information service only. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or operate as a sportsbook, exchange, or financial institution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for determining whether online sports betting, cryptocurrency trading, and prediction market participation are legal in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Wallet authentication

Access to the Service requires connecting an Ethereum-compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask) on the Polygon network. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. SatoshiMedia never has access to your private keys or the ability to initiate transactions on your behalf. We are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from compromised wallets, phishing attacks, or user error.

5. Subscription plans and pricing

Subscriptions are available in durations of 1 month ($29), 3 months ($59), and 6 months ($99). Prices are denominated in USD and payable in USDC.e, USDC, or USDT on the Polygon network via an immutable smart contract. Pricing may change at any time without notice; existing active subscriptions are not affected by price changes. There are no automatic recurring payments. Each subscription period must be purchased individually.

6. Free trial

A one-time 7-day free trial is available per wallet address. Trial eligibility is determined and enforced on-chain by the smart contract and cannot be reset, extended, or transferred. Creating multiple wallet addresses to obtain additional free trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access.

7. No refunds — digital product

ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Because payments are processed through an immutable blockchain smart contract, transactions are irreversible by design. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with signal quality or accuracy, early termination or cancellation, duplicate or accidental purchases, technical issues or service downtime, changes in applicable law, or any other reason. The free trial exists for you to evaluate the Service before making a purchase. By completing a payment transaction, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service and accept the no-refund policy.

8. Not financial or betting advice

THE SERVICE PROVIDES DATA AGGREGATION AND MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS ONLY. Nothing on this website or in our Telegram channel constitutes financial advice, investment advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager or trade. All signals are generated by automated algorithms using third-party data and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own betting and trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes.

9. Risk disclosure

Sports betting and cryptocurrency trading involve significant financial risk, including the possibility of losing your entire capital. Prediction markets are speculative instruments with inherent uncertainty. By using the Service, you acknowledge that: you understand and accept these risks, you will never wager or invest more than you can afford to lose, SatoshiMedia bears no responsibility for any financial losses you may incur, and signal accuracy rates are historical metrics that provide no guarantee of future performance.

10. Smart contract

The SatoshiMedia subscription smart contract is deployed on the Polygon blockchain at address 0xcA5b481C4711Caa2A33bf6e5940cd43DEb573c47 and is fully immutable. No party, including SatoshiMedia, can modify, pause, upgrade, or withdraw funds from this contract after deployment. USDC/USDT payments are transferred directly from your wallet to the treasury wallet via the contract's transferFrom function. The contract never holds user funds. You are responsible for verifying the contract address before making any payment.

11. Account sharing and abuse

Each subscription is bound to a single wallet address and a single Telegram account. Sharing access credentials, session data, Telegram invite links, or signal content with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited. SatoshiMedia monitors for suspicious activity including but not limited to: multiple simultaneous sessions from different IP addresses, redistribution of invite links, automated API access or scraping, and creating multiple wallets to abuse free trials. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

12. Telegram channel

Access to the private Telegram signals channel is provided as part of an active subscription. SatoshiMedia reserves the right to remove users from the channel when their subscription expires or is terminated. Invite links are single-use and time-limited. Sharing or distributing channel content outside the channel is prohibited.

13. Data accuracy and third-party services

Signal data is sourced from third-party APIs including Polymarket, SharpAPI, and Binance. SatoshiMedia does not control these services and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or reliability. Data may contain delays, errors, or omissions. Odds, prices, and probabilities may change between signal generation and your action on the information.

14. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, API outages, blockchain congestion, or factors beyond our control.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SATOSHIMEDIA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CAPITAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SatoshiMedia and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.

17. Intellectual property

All content, algorithms, signal methodologies, software, design elements, and trademarks on satoshimedia.fi are the intellectual property of SatoshiMedia. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

18. Modification of terms

SatoshiMedia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website and Telegram channel.

19. Termination

SatoshiMedia may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or at its sole discretion. No refund will be issued for remaining subscription time upon termination for cause. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet; no refund will be provided for unused subscription time.

20. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
